They may also provide and maintain shared amenities and common areas, coordinate recreational and social activities, and support other services that contribute to the community’s overall quality of life.

    To fulfill these responsibilities, the association has the authority to enforce its governing documents and collect assessments and other fees needed to maintain the community and fund its services.
